The public is encouraged to address the Board on any topic on the Agenda. Special meetings do not normally include that section. Board practice limits each speaker to no more than two (2) minutes. If there are many speakers, this time may be decreased to allow more members of the community to be heard. Instructions on how to submit public comment are as follows:
1.  In Person: You may approach the podium to comment on items. To ensure accurate information is captured in the Board meeting minutes, please complete the “Speaker Slip” provided on the table and hand it to the clerk when speaking.
2. On Video Conference: Once you are logged into the webinar, click the “Raise Your Hand” button to request to speak when Public Comment is being taken on the Agenda item. You will then be unmuted when it is your turn to make your comment. After the allotted time, you will then be re-muted.
3.  On Phone: you will be prompted to “Raise Your Hand” by pressing “*9” to request to speak when public comment is being taken on the Agenda item. You will then be unmuted when it is your turn to make your comment. You will be re-muted after the allotted time.
