Consistent with Executive Orders No. N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California and the Alameda County Health Officer’s Shelter in Place Order effective March 17, 2020, the Albany Unified School District Board of Education and appropriate staff will participate in Board meetings via phone/video conference. The public is invited to watch and participate in Open Session as outlined below:

HOW TO SUBMIT PUBLIC COMMENT: |
1. On Video Conference: Once you are logged into the webinar, click the "Raise Your Hand" button to request to speak when Public Comment is being taken on the Agenda item. You will then be unmuted when it is your turn to make your comment. After the allotted time, you will then be re-muted. Please remember Board practice limits each speaker to no more than two (2) minutes. If there are many speakers, this time may be decreased to allow more to be heard. |
2. On Phone: you will be prompted to "Raise Your Hand" by pressing "*9" to request to speak when public comment is being taken on the Agenda item.
