HOW TO SUBMIT PUBLIC COMMENTMembers of the public may attend the Board of Education meetings in person and request to speak on any item listed on the agenda during the time of that item. Board practice limits each speaker to no more than two (2) minutes. If there are many speakers, this time may be decreased to allow more members to be heard.  Please note: if you provide your name and/or address when speaking before the Board of Education, that information will become a part of the official public record, which will be posted online and subject to disclosure, and the official minutes will be published on the Internet. 
1. In Person: You may approach the podium to comment on items. To ensure accurate information is captured in the Board meeting minutes, you may complete the “Speaker Slip” provided on the table and hand it to the clerk when speaking
2. On Video Conference: Log in to the webinar and click the “Raise Your Hand” button to request to speak when Public Comment is being taken on an Agenda Item. You will be unmuted when it is your turn to comment. After the allotted time, you will be then be re-muted.
3. On Phone: Join the webinar, you will be prompted to “Raise Your Hand” by pressing *9 to request to speak when public comment is being taken on an Agenda item. You will be unmuted when it is your turn to comment. After the allotted time, you will then be re-muted.
